Best Classic Van trophy sponsored by Hawco, Inverness, was awarded to Roddy Murray from Inverness. Presenting the trophy is Dr John Smith DAF CF, which forms part of the Hebrides Haulage fleet, carries the name ‘Island Rocket’ Dr John Smith, who opened this year’s show, started off driving a LAD cabbed Dodge for his father’s haulage business  before becoming a medical practitioner
The high profile fleet of D. R. MacLeod was well represented Snow clearing Fodens owned by Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd Another restoration project. This Fordson E27N is owned by George MacLeod, Plasterfield, Stornoway
Greengodess, a restoration project for the WITPG Smart Fleet owned by I.A & C. MacIver, Stornoway, which won the Best Fleet trophy sponsored by Dennis Eagle, Falkirk Best Bus and Coach trophy sponsored by Murdo Morrison, Glasgow, was awarded to Hebridean Transport: Dennis Plaxton Prem. Smart Scania owned by Alex Murray (Construction), Stornoway Well turned out Volvo FM, owned by D. MacKay & Sons Arriving at the show ground is Donnie MacDonald from Howmore, South Uist, with his superb Bedford OLAZ in MacBraynes  livery.  The Bedford won the trophy for Best Classic Bus or Coach sponsored by Plaxton, Scarborough
